Objective
The Exchange and Returns Policy aims to present the conditions for the exchange and return of products purchased on our website, based on the provisions of Law No. 8,078, dated September 11, 1990.
Cancellation due to Repentance
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. In this case, the amounts paid in the transaction will be refunded.
The exchange process should follow the following steps:
1st: Confirmation by the customer that the product remains intact, as well as its packaging.
2nd: Sending an email with the order number and photos of the products by the customer, expressing their intention to cancel the purchase and return the product.
3rd: When requesting the exchange, a postage code will be sent, and the product must be sent in its original packaging, i.e., the same as received. The invoice related to the purchase of the product to be exchanged must also be sent.
4th: Before the return is accepted, Mombora will analyze the condition of the product, as described in step "2nd" above. The analysis period will be 5 business days from the receipt of the product by Mombora.
Defective Product
If the customer has received the product with any alleged flaw or defect, the customer also has up to 7 days, after receiving the product, to request an exchange or return, under the same terms as the "Cancellation due to Repentance" item.
In the event of a defect in the product, Mombora will have a maximum period of 30 business days for:
(i) replacing the product with another of the same kind (or a different kind, brand, or model, with a supplement or refund of any price difference);
(ii) the immediate refund of the amount paid; or
(iii) proportional price reduction.
For item "(i)" above, if the product is no longer available in our stock, credit will be generated in the form of a voucher for a new purchase.
Refund
The refund, whether for "Cancellation due to Repentance" or "Product Flaws," will vary according to the payment method used in the placed order:
Credit Card: reimbursement through the credit card administrator, with the refunded amount occurring in up to 2 billing cycles depending on its closing date.
Bank Slip: the refund will be made in credit to the current account. The refund will be made within 10 (ten) business days after the effective receipt of the product by Mombora.
Communication Channel
The user can request the cancellation of their account on the website whenever they want, simply by sending an email to alo@mombora.com.br requesting the deletion of their registration.

Jurisdiction
This Exchange and Returns Policy will be governed, interpreted, and executed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the forum of São Paulo being competent to resolve disputes that may arise regarding its applicability.
